Stools

Stools have many uses and we offer over 300 models in wood, metal or leather.

Bar Stools

If the height of the counter or bar is higher than 1000mm (100cms or 40 plus inches), then we would advise our BAR STOOL range, which have seat heights between 70cm, 700mm or 28 inches to 82cm, 820mm or 32 plus inches. Floor fixed models are ideal for creating and maintained social distance in restaurants and cafe bars, etc.

Counter Stools

The most popular stool for home or work place use, if you have a breakfast bar, counter or table with a height of approximately 850mm (85cms or 34 inches) but less than 1000mm (100cms or 40 plus inches), then we would advise stools with a seat height from 600mm (60cms or 27 inches) to 700mm (70cms or 33 plus inches).

Low Stools

We offer low stools to be used with standard height tables approximately 750mm (75cms or 29 plus inches) and for use with casual seating areas with coffee tables or low level seating. For this height you will require a stool with a seat height of under 500mm (50cms or less than 20 inches). Floor fixed models are ideal for creating and maintained social distance in restaurants and cafe bars, etc.

Care & Maintenance

Laminate Table Tops - Wipe with a damp cloth soaked with soapy water. For stubborn marks, a careful application of a non-abrasive cleaning cream can be used, but test a concealed area first.

Solid and Veneer Table Tops / Chairs - Use a warm, damp, and slightly soapy cloth to wipe over. Do not use any spray cleaners as they can damage the lacquer protection.

Upholstered Surfaces - Regular, careful vacuum cleaning is advised. Stains can generally be removed by sponging with lukewarm water. Always attend to stains as soon as possible.

Leather / Faux leather Surfaces - Leather can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Apply to the surface of the leather in a light circular motion until the dirty parts are clean & then repeat with clean water. Remember leather can have natural imperfections which does not affect the durability of the product. The use of wax, polishes, chemicals, detergents and spray polishes should be
avoided.

Cast Iron - Regular cleaning will keep the cast iron looking fresh. Removing dirt immediately will greatly increase the products longevity. You can use a sponge or a clean cloth, do not scrub it or
use abrasive cleaners. If you apply water when cleaning, dry it well immediately after cleaning. You can also use
speciality oils found in diy stores.

Brushed Steel - Be sure to wipe down the brushed steel part of your base on a daily basis with a clean cloth. This keeps dust from building up and catching spills. If something does spill on
the steel, make sure to wipe it up immediately to avoid corrosion and staining. You can use a clean cloth with warm, soapy water to clean.

Chrome / Polished Steel - Chrome finishes require regular cleaning to keep them looking new. If chrome plating becomes rusty or dark over time, there are a few quick tricks to cleaning them up so they look like new.  Wipe Down - Be sure to wipe down the chrome part of your base on a daily basis with a clean cloth. This keeps dust from building up and catching spills. If something does spill on the chrome, make sure to wipe it up immediately to avoid corrosion and staining. You can use a clean cloth with warm, soapy water to clean chrome every day. Cleaning chrome and removing rust will keep the chrome looking shiny. Use a clean cloth, preferably cotton or microfiber material, and one of the following products to polish chrome: baby oil or WD-40.

Removing Rust - If you are cleaning up chrome on an area that has been neglected for long periods of time, you can easily remove rust and clean up dark spots. Aluminium foil crumpled up into a ball and dipped in water can be rubbed against the rust to remove it in short time. Make sure the shiny side is up on the Aluminium. The dark spots on chrome can easily be brightened up with an application of alcohol or vinegar.
